Beef Lettuce Wraps
  1. Make the horseradish mayonnaise by mixing the mayonnaise, yogurt, and horseradish in a small bowl. Set aside, or refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Place lettuce leaves on serving dish.
  3. Top each lettuce leaf with 2 slices roast beef, 1/4 of the apple slices, horseradish mayonnaise, and fresh herbs.
  4. Serve immediately or keep tightly sealed in refrigerator for up to one day.
