Low Carb Tortilla Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Sift all dry ingredients together
  3. Slowly add in water, 1 tbsp at a time until dough can hold a ball shape
  4. Grease 2 pieces of parchment paper. Place dough onto greased parchment, top with 2nd piece of parchment (greased side down)
  5. Roll the dough using a rolling pin on top of parchment paper. Roll until 1/16th inch thick
  6. Remove the top piece of parchment paper. Place the bottom parchment (with the rolled out dough) onto a cookie sheet
  7. Score the dough into chip shapes with a pizza cutter
  8. Sprinkle with Mexican spices if desired
  9. Place cookie sheet in oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
