Instructions
  1. Steam cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper to taste (I used a premade bag)
  2. Place rice layer in bottom of small bowl with soy sauce and seasoning
  3. Add salmon, cucumber, avocado, seaweed around bowl
  4. For sauce, mix mayonnaise and sriracha, adjusting to preferred heat
  5. Drizzle sauce over bowl
  6. Add sesame seeds and pepper for garnish, if desired
