Ingredients
- 1 16 oz Jar of No Sugar Added Salsa
- 3 Bell Peppers Any color
- 1 Onion
- 2 lbs Bonless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 package Taco seasoning

Instructions
- Slice bell peppers and onions
- Add 1/2 jar salsa to the bottom of the crockpot, add 1/2 the peppers and onion
- Top the salsa with 2lbs of chicken, sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken
- Add remainder of peppers and onions
- Finish with salsa
- Cook on medium high heat for 6 hours
- Remove chicken and shred or cut into slices
- Add chicken back to crock pot
- Ladle out any excess fluid
