Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas

  1. Slice bell peppers and onions
  2. Add 1/2 jar salsa to the bottom of the crockpot, add 1/2 the peppers and onion
  3. Top the salsa with 2lbs of chicken, sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken
  4. Add remainder of peppers and onions
  5. Finish with salsa
  6. Cook on medium high heat for 6 hours
  7. Remove chicken and shred or cut into slices
  8. Add chicken back to crock pot
  9. Ladle out any excess fluid
