Ingredients
- 4 oz shrimp raw
- 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 2 BBQ skewers

Instructions
- After thawing shrimp, add shrimp to seasoning blend mixed with water and lemon juice. Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes
- Chop onion and pepper to appropriate size for skewer
- Alternate onion, pepper, and shrimp on skewer
- Set grill to medium heat, place sheet of aluminum foil on grill and spray with oil. Grill until shrimp is thoroughly cooked
- Enjoy with a side salad
