Chipotle Shrimp Skewers
Instructions
  1. After thawing shrimp, add shrimp to seasoning blend mixed with water and lemon juice. Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes
  2. Chop onion and pepper to appropriate size for skewer
  3. Alternate onion, pepper, and shrimp on skewer
  4. Set grill to medium heat, place sheet of aluminum foil on grill and spray with oil. Grill until shrimp is thoroughly cooked
  5. Enjoy with a side salad
