Chicken Souvlaki Skewers
  1. In a wide bowl (with a lid) or in a sealable bag, add all ingredients except chicken in the ingredient list above. Mix well and set aside
  2. Slice chicken breast into small 1-2 inch pieces. Add to the marinade and coat. Cover with lid, refrigerate until ready to use. Marinate 30 minutes up to overnight
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water to avoid burning
  4. Put meat on skewers, place on baking sheet lined with foil or parchment. Broil, cooking 5-7 minutes on each side or until kabobs are fully cooked
  5. (Kabobs can be grilled instead of baked)
