Cauliflower Hashbrowns
  1. Combine cauliflower rice, minced onion, salt, pepper, and garlic; stir to combine
  2. Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat
  3. Add half of cauliflower mixture to pan and gently press down with a spatula to flatten, working to keep the hash brown together as much as possible
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes. After the edges start to turn golden brown, cook for an additional minute.
  5. Carefully flip over and cook and additional 3-4 minutes to let the edges brown and the cauliflower and onion to cook through
