- 2 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tbsp yellow onion minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Combine cauliflower rice, minced onion, salt, pepper, and garlic; stir to combine
- Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat
- Add half of cauliflower mixture to pan and gently press down with a spatula to flatten, working to keep the hash brown together as much as possible
- Cook for 3-5 minutes. After the edges start to turn golden brown, cook for an additional minute.
- Carefully flip over and cook and additional 3-4 minutes to let the edges brown and the cauliflower and onion to cook through
