For you to be able to get the best of both worlds – the ability to snack on delicious food and still look and feel great – we came up with a list of snacks that are under 100 calories. These are great for between meals or as an after-workout treat. You can also have some of these as a part of your party buffet. At our Cary weight loss center, we believe that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be boring – it’s all about fun and making better choices. So without further ado, here is your list of guilt-free snacks:
- 1 cup of blueberries
- A hard-boiled egg
- 5 apple slices with peanut butter
- A handful of almonds
- 3 tbsp of hummus + pita bread
- 1 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt with berries
- 1 small baked sweet potato
- 1 medium banana covered in dark chocolate
- 1 scoop of frozen yogurt
- 10 medium-sized olives
- 2 cups of watermelon
- 2 cups of unbuttered popcorn
- 2 tbsp of guacamole with pepper or cucumber slices
- 1 cup of raspberries/strawberries
- 1 baked apple with cinnamon and sugar-free granola
- 2 cups of kale chips
- 2 scrambled eggs with spinach
- 2 cups of roasted balsamic Brussels sprouts
- ½ cup of cottage cheese
