Fill 50% of your plate with fresh vegetables, such as greens, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus – whatever you like – and divide the remaining 50% between the potatoes and meat. Change the pattern on your plate and feel your pants loosen up.
There’s another good reason to enjoy an 8-hour-long sleep session! When you sleep, your body is able to recharge and heal, preparing itself for another active day, so don’t underestimate the power of sleep, and don’t pull another all-nighter!
